TotalEnergies Introduces Rebranded Lubricants to Nigerian Market
TotalEnergies Marketing Nigeria Plc. on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 unveiled a pack for its lubricant range, boasting improved quality, more ergonomic design, customer-focused information dashboard and anti-counterfeiting features.
The public presentation of the rebranded lubricant pack took place at the Radisson Blu hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos with major B2B customers, business partners and the media in attendance.
The Managing Director, Dr. Samba Seye, in his remarks, applauded the General Manager, Lubricants, Mr Bolaji Fajimi, for his tenacity and his team's efforts toward a successful presentation of the lubricants to the public.
“This event celebrates our company’s culture of innovation and pioneering spirit in technology. Our new lubricant cans come with new colors and new labels that complement the more ergonomic designs. With these new cans, consumers can identify the product they need at a glance, thanks to the colour coding: Platinum for top-tier, Silver for mid-tier and Bronze for entry range products. Buyers can now zoom in on the product they need by checking the new label, which is much clearer and easier to read,” Dr Seye said.
He informed guests that: “The new cans have been rolled out in every market where the brand is available within Nigeria, including all our retail service stations, distributor-sites and reseller-points nationwide.”
Earlier in his keynote address, Bolaji Fajimi gave more details on the lubricants new packaging, pointing out that the new lubricant packaging was designed to protect against counterfeiting and allow individual customers for full recovery of the content, use of less and recyclable materials.
“The new and dynamic lubricant being unveiled today not only portrays performance and innovation at first sight but a modern, simpler and more compelling range for all TotalEnergies automotive lubricant,” Mr Fajimi said.
Highlights of the event were the unveiling of the new lubricants, a round of Kahoot game, TotalEnergies brand new lubricant pack puzzle game with senior management participating to the delight of the audience.
A specially designed “Experience Centre” provided a welcoming environment for stakeholders to interact, while taking in more details of the of the Company’s range of lubricants.
Football legend and former Nigeria International Austin “Jay Jay Okocha”, the TotalEnergies Brand Ambassador, created a stir at the occasion.
Members of the EXCO fielded questions from members of the press who wanted to know more about the newly unveiled products and what made them distinct.
Senior management and employees of the organization performed critical roles in ensuring that the event went off without a hitch
